A unique spa experience

The dog spa experience at Ontario Place beach is a luxurious and relaxing treat for dogs. The beach setting in a public park provides a serene atmosphere, while the spa treatments offer a variety of indulgences for furry friends. The experience typically starts with a gentle bath and massage using natural and eco-friendly products that soothe the skin and coat. After the bath, dogs can enjoy a pawdicure, where their nails are trimmed, filed, and polished. The spa also offers aromatherapy treatments, where essential oils are used to promote relaxation and calmness. And to top it all off, dogs are treated to healthy and tasty treats while they bask in the sun on the beach. Your dog will love you for it

Dogs will love the spa experience at Ontario Place Beach because it offers them a chance to relax and be pampered in a serene and comfortable environment. Dogs naturally enjoy being groomed and cared for, and the gentle bath and massage will be a particularly enjoyable experience for them. The aromatherapy treatments will also be a soothing and enjoyable experience, helping to calm any anxiety or stress they may be experiencing. The pawdicure is a perfect opportunity to have their nails trimmed and filed, which can be uncomfortable for dogs when done at home. Additionally, the treats offered after the treatments provide a delicious reward that dogs will look forward to. Overall, the dog spa experience at Ontario Place Beach offers a chance for dogs to feel comfortable, cared for, and loved, which is sure to make them happy and content. It's not just the abundant public space including a public pebble beach that draws attention; visitors may also catch a performance from Live Nation in this inclusive area.

A better place for all

In the vibrant City of Toronto, nestled within Canada's heart, there's a deep-seated commitment to the well-being of its canine companions. Through thoughtful provincial planning and collaborative efforts, a suite of policies and programs have been crafted to address the diverse needs of dogs, spanning from comprehensive vet care to affordable boarding and effective puppy training. Advocates like Ausma Malik champion the cause of preserving the park's public nature, underscoring the importance of natural spaces and the vast public parkland. The West Island, adorned with lush trees, stands as a testament that a balanced and family-friendly environment doesn't necessitate spa buildings to resonate with community values. In a nod to inclusivity, consultations with the Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation have been pivotal in shaping gathering spaces that echo their rich heritage. The project continues to evolve through ongoing public consultation sessions, notably proceeding without an environmental assessment as directed by the Ford government.
